ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. Full payment is required to hold and confirm your order, without payment, your order is not confirmed and date will not be held.

2. No part of the order will be provided/delivered if the balance is not paid in full before pickup/delivery. Deposit/payments will not be refunded in case of client cancellation.

3. We do not have an allergy-free/nut-free kitchen. Efforts will be made to avoid any cross contamination, but nuts and nut products are used in the kitchen and stored close by other ingredients. By sending a deposit you acknowledge this and accept any risk of allergens.

4. After a deposit is sent, any changes to your order cannot be guaranteed. All efforts will be made to accommodate your request, but may come at an additional charge.

5. Please note that some decorative pieces, such as certain metallic golds/silvers or dragées, are considered non-toxic but not edible/approved for consumption. While they are beautiful and often used, please be sure to note this before requesting the use of these products. We are happy to discuss further and in more detail when you place an order.

6. Although rare, Sweeten Up reserves the right to cancel any orders due to any unforeseeable circumstances, and in that case will provide a refund to the client on any amounts paid.

7. We reserve the right to photograph our product and post or print the pictures as we see fit to our website, online catalogues, social media, and any other platforms. We will not post any product photos until after your event date to ensure no surprises are spoiled!

8. If you opt for pick up over delivery, you understand and accept all liability and responsibility for the cake or baked goods transportation and arrival at the serving destination. We can not offer refunds or replacements for baked goods that may be damaged in transit. It is imperative that for cake pick ups, you have a flat surface to keep your cake (usually the floor in the front passenger seat) and in the summer that you have the AC on high.

9. Once your products are delivered, you accept all responsibility for the care and proper handling of your baked goods. No refunds or replacements will be provided for any damage that may occur once the delivery is made. Care instructions will be provided as applicable (e.g. if refrigeration is required, etc.).

10. Brave Blooms orders may be subject to different T&Cs. Info can be found by visiting https://braveblooms.ca

11. Orders that contain both a Brave Blooms order and a Sweeten Up order can be picked up at one location/ will be delivered together by either Brave Blooms delivery or Sweeten Up. Deliveries are subject to a fee based on distance.

12. By sending a deposit for your order you acknowledge and accept all of the above.
